The fantastic pink cow is peacefully dreaming atop a huge sliver of the moon. Artist was born in rural Oklahoma near the end of WWII, lived in Germany, California, and Virginia before returning to Texas in the 80’s. Wiley has a master’s degree in art and has been working in clay, welded steel and paper maiche for more than 15 years. Before her career as an artist, Wiley worked as a journalist and freelance writer. Wiley lives in Houston Heights with her husband, two cats and a dog.
