MECA visual art instructor Peter Parker, along with the eager talent of MECAs visual arts students, adorned Moo-riachi with painted sections of a black charro suit and white lining; each leg is lined with galas, shiny sliver metals, and he wears a matching sombrero. He carries his a five-string guitar, a trumpet, a violin, and a bass guitar. Moo-riachi takes a bow after his wonderful serenade.
MECA is a community based, non-profit organization whose primary mission is to ensure the healthy social and intellectual development of inner-city youth of Houston through arts education.
